Synthetic Gear Oil CORFIN LUBRICATION

Synthetic Based Gear Oil is a colorless to light yellow, high viscosity index, synthetic (100% PAO) based, high performance, multi-purpose, heavy duty gear oil reinforced with extreme pressure (EP) and specialty additives.

  • Due to anti-wear additives in its formulation and its superior lubricity under severe conditions, it provides superior protection against wear caused by fatigue, metal breakage, friction scoring and linear pitting, and wear corrosion, and also extends oil drain intervals.
  • Rapid water and air separation provides safe lubrication and power transmission even in heavy-duty hydraulic systems.
  • For trouble-free operation and extended filter life, reduces sludge and varnish buildup.

Synthetic Gear Oil Advantages

They show high performance for a long time at operating temperatures between -25 °C and 150 °C (according to their viscosity values) without deteriorating their chemical and thermal stability.

Synthetic Gear Oil Features

  • Protects and prolongs the life of equipment, extending its service life.
  • Provides long lasting and effective lubrication due to its anti-foaming properties.

Synthetic Gear Oil Usage Areas

Lifetime oil filler, especially in high ratio/low efficiency worm gearboxes,

Especially in gearboxes located in hard-to-reach places where oil changes are difficult.

In all industrial heavy duty gearboxes with spur, helical, bevel, bevel, face gears and worm gear mechanisms,

For central lubrication of plain, rolling bearings,

Application Areas

It is used in cutting applications under severe conditions, in gear grinding and machining operations, in grinding operations, and in deep-hole drilling.
